The product itself and the service from Juewels are both stellar. After investigating a few options I decided on the WP-500 to fit my Canon a80 and a520 cameras. A little online searching led me to Juewels and I have been more then pleased with the service I received. Shipping from the U.S. to Canada is always a concern, and in my case, as my vacation approached and my order appears to have been lost in the system, I was rewarded with professionalism and excellence in service in an effort to get me a bag shipped on time.
